New Housing Construction Projects almost complete!
In 2022, TCEDA was awarded the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) grant to establish a New Construction Project building two new single-family homes within Thayer County: Bruning and Deshler. To create a larger impact, TCEDA Board of Directors voted to simultaneously build a third house in Davenport. The two grant houses will be sold to income-qualified buyers who are at or below 120% of the area median income and an "affordability stipend" will be available to the buyers.
We can start the selling process at any time, so if you have any interest please see each house's information below and contact TCEDA or SENDD to begin the application process. We are excited to start working with potential buyers for these homes! Please contact us if you are interested! Below you can find house plans, photos of the projects, and flyers.
