Thayer County Economic Development Alliance (TCEDA) is committed towards workforce development by providing growth opportunities. The Learning Center at Hebron offers credit and leisure learning courses that include, but are not limited to adult education courses and nursing assistant courses. Business and workforce training opportunities exist to serve the region if you are interested in enhancing a skill, recertifying a trade, or starting a new career path.

The state of Nebraska offers workforce development that include internship services, apprenticeships, and on-the-go training. NEworks offers several opportunities for education and training that include ETPL approved programs, and online learning resources.
