Hebron's Tuition Reimbursement Program 

Hebron Tuition Reimbursement Program is a new 2022 grant in partnership with TCEDA, the city of Hebron, and the Hebron Community Fund. All employers/businesses, any size, within Hebron's one-mile city limit jurisdiction is eligible to participate in this program. The Employer must complete and submit the application on behalf of the employee. Nontraditional students and those seeking advanced up-skill degrees, including new high school graduates qualify for this rogram. The employee myst be no more than two years out of school to qualify for a reimbursement for their degree/certification. Grant is a dollar-for-dollar match up to $3,000 max per employee; however, the employer can exceed the dollar match amount beyond $3,000. Employee must live in Thayer County during employment while receiving the tuition reimbursement grant.
