Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP)

The LIHEAP program provides assistance for heating and cooling bills through predetermined seasons as outlined on their website. They also list programs for crisis situations, furnace and air conditioner repair and replacement assistance, and window air conditioner purchase assistance. See their website for qualifications.
