Reinke Manufacturing recently announced significant contributions to local childcare providers.
The Nebraska Legislature recently introduced the Child Care Tax Credit, applicable for tax years commencing on or after Jan. 1. This initiative is intended to incentivize financial support for childcare programs by offering nonrefundable tax credits to taxpayers.
Contributions must be directed to programs licensed as family child care homes (I or II), child care centers, preschools, or those operating as for-profit child care businesses or nonprofit organizations recognized under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
